Valamar launched a new competition as part of a SCR project “Valamar brine za marende fine”

Valamar launched a new competition as part of the socially responsible project “Valamar brine za marende fine” in which all elementary schools in the area of Istria, Rijeka and its surroundings and the island of Krk can participate. Schools can apply for the competition until September 27. A total of ten primary schools will win the “Week of home-made lunches”, during which Valamar will provide meals prepared from nutritionally rich and high-quality home-made ingredients for all school students.

Data from relevant research shows that as many as 65 percent of adults and 35 percent of children in Croatia are overweight. The winners, who will be chosen by an expert jury, will be announced on October 8, 2024, and the “Week of home-made brunches” will be arranged by the winning schools with Valamar.
