The President of the Republic Receives Credentials of Ambassadors of Uzbekistan, Japan, Portugal, Ecuador, Monaco, Burundi and India

The President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, received the credentials of several newly appointed ambassadors to the Republic of Croatia.

H.E. Oybek Shakhavdinov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Croatia, based in Budapest, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic. The Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan was accompanied by the Advisor for Economy and Finance at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bekhzodbek Paygamov, and the First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shokhruz Samadov. President Milanović was accompanied by the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Croatia for Foreign and European Policy, Neven Pelicarić, Director of the Directorate for Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Petar Mihatov, and Secretary of the Cabinet for Foreign and European Policy of the Office of the President, Ivan Mutavdžić.

H.E. Mitsuhiro Wada, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Croatia, based in Zagreb, presented his credentials to the President. The Japanese Ambassador was accompanied by the wife of Ambassador Naoko Wada, Counselor at the Embassy of Japan Tatusyuki Ueda, and First Secretary at the Embassy of Japan Ryohei Nakajima.

H.E. Maria Manuel Quintela Batista Durão, Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic to the Republic of Croatia, based in Zagreb, presented his credentials to President Milanović. The Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic was accompanied by the husband of the Ambassador João Santiago Terenas and the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Portuguese Republic Luís Janela.

H.E. Cynthia Marie Mayer Zavala, Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador to the Republic of Croatia, based in Budapest, presented her credentials. The Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador was accompanied by her husband, Ambassador Carlos Gabriel Sanchez Serrano, and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Ecuador to the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović.

H.E. Ernest Ndabashinze, Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi to the Republic of Croatia, based in Rome, presented his credentials to President Zoran Milanović. The Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi was accompanied by the Second Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Burundi, Eddy Emery Bimenyimana.
