“Prvo plinarsko društvo” (PPD) has had a new three-member Management Board since the beginning of October, in which are Ivana Pek Lučić, Zvonimir Šibalić and Slaven Rajman, who have previously worked in the company as experts, each in their own area of gas business.
The previous members of the Management Board, Antonija Glavaš and Ivana Ivančić, during their mandates, made a significant contribution to the development of the company and the achievement of its results, which they will continue to do in the future. Antonija Glavaš thus takes on the new role of advisor to the PPD Management Board, while Ivana Ivančić, in addition to her advisory role in PPD, focuses on managing the company Enna Geo, where she will be in charge of a EUR 240 million investment in geothermal energy, which in addition to the Rijeka project Gateway is Enna Group’s largest single investment.
Commenting on the changes, the founder and owner of PPD, Pavao Vujnovac, thanked the long-standing members of the Management Board for their dedicated work and exceptional contribution to the company’s growth.
“Their expertise, vision and commitment have been instrumental in the growth of PPD over all these years. A solid foundation has been built over the past period, and now is the time to upgrade. Over the years, PPD has ‘raised’ and educated the best and most capable gas business experts in the region, and that is why I am particularly proud that they will take responsibility for the further development of the company,” Vujnovac said.
The new leadership of PPD will continue to strengthen the company’s position as a leading supplier of natural gas in Croatia and a guarantor of security of supply to the domestic market, with an additional focus on the development of new specialized products and customer support, the press release concludes.
