Privredna Banka Zagreb is a proud holder of the Equal Pay Champion certificate, the first in Croatia to be guided by the principle of “equal pay for equal work”. The project was launched by the SELECTIO Group with the aim of recognizing employers who encourage equality, fairness and equality in their organization.
In addition to advocating for equality and equal pay, we implement various programs dedicated to empowering women for senior management positions such as the Women Leadership Academy and holding Push up workshops to achieve better wellbeing and develop techniques for coping with stress. Therefore, we are proud that a total of 75% of PBZ is made up of women – 72% of them participate in development programs, while 65% participate in the talent pool.
In 2021, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee was established, which is dedicated to reporting on the implementation of the PBZ Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Principles. We strive to create a fair and motivating working environment, and the positive changes we introduce also affect the satisfaction and motivation of employees, which also contributes to the Bank’s business success.
