As of January 1, 2022, the bank is reducing fixed and variable interest rates on new housing and non-purpose loans, and has additionally enabled fixed interest rates to be contracted for longer term housing loans.
Privredna banka Zagreb continues the trend of decreasing variable interest rates. From 1 February, lower interest rates of 0.02 percentage points with the interest rate related to the six-month NRS1 for EUR and 0.03 percentage points with the interest rate related to the six-month NRS1 for HRK will be applied to loans outstanding.
Also, as of 1 January 2022, the Bank is reducing fixed and variable interest rates on new housing and non-purpose loans, and has additionally enabled fixed interest rates to be contracted for longer term housing loans.
The offer of housing loans enables the choice of contracting a fixed interest rate for the entire repayment period for up to 15 years and a combination of a fixed interest rate for a certain period and then a variable interest rate.
With the current possibility of combining a fixed interest rate for 5 years and then variable, the offer has been extended to a combination of fixed interest rate for 15 years and then variable.
