Can you tell us something about your culinary journey and how you got to the Michelin star?
Guillaume Iskandar: My culinary journey began in France, where I studied and worked in several prestigious restaurants. After a few years of effort and working with some of the best chefs in the world, I was awarded a Michelin star. It was a validation of my work and an incentive to continue improving my culinary skills and exploring new techniques and ingredients.
What inspired you to join the Mudra Art Cuisine restaurant in Kotor?
Guillaume Iskandar: Mudra Art Cuisine gave me a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful environment, right next to the sea, with an incredible view and a special energy. Also, Montenegro is rich in local ingredients that I wanted to explore and include in my menu.
How would you describe the Mudra Art Cuisine concept and what makes it unique?
Guillaume Iskandar: Mudra Art Cuisine is a place where we combine art and cuisine. Our goal is to create a culinary experience that engages all the senses.
