On the occasion of the German Unity Day at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb, a ceremonial reception was held. A great number of vocalists addressed the newly appointed ambassador of Germany in Croatia H.E Robert Klinke, who underlined the good relations between the two countries and the common challenges they face.
He especially thanked the President of the Republic, Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, who was extremely quick receive his letters of credit. This year, the Day of German Unity is celebrated later, because the ambassador almost assumed office in Zagreb.
The reception was attended by a large number of delegates from the diplomatic, cultural and public life of the country.
