At the extraordinary General Assembly of Jadranski naftovod (Janaf) Ante Šušnjar, Minister of Economy and a member of the Assembly representing the Republic of Croatia in the Assembly in accordance with Article 31 of the State Asset Management Act, was appointed President of the Assembly, the company reported. The counter-proposal was decided by 100% of the shareholders present and was unanimously adopted.
In response to the proposal for the Decision on the election of members of the Supervisory Board, published in the Invitation to the Assembly under item 4 of the Agenda, the Assembly received a counter-proposal from the shareholders of the Republic of Croatia in relation to the start of the new mandate on 27 January 2025, of the members of the Supervisory Board who were also proposed in the proposal for the decision published in the Invitation to the General Assembly.
The Assembly of the Company elected Ivica Nuić, Mario Rođak and Božica Makar as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company until the implementation of the prescribed procedure for the election of members of the Supervisory Board, and for a maximum period of six months starting from January 27, 2025.
The Supervisory Board of the Company has five members, and the President of the Supervisory Board is Nina Ban Glasnović, who is also the Secretary of the Government Coordination Office for the Homeland Security System and Croatian Veterans and the Secretary of the Coordination Office for Demography.
