The company Končar – Elektroindustrija d.d. for production and services signed a purchase agreement for a 75 percent ownership stake in the company Helb d.o.o. based in Božjakovina, Končar announced, noting that the acquisition will expand and improve its own resources and competencies.
The purchase agreement, as stated, defines the conditions and legal actions that the contracting parties are required to fulfill in order to conclude the transaction and take over the ownership shares by Končar.
This includes, among other things, obtaining appropriate concentration approvals in accordance with applicable legislation. The announcement does not state the value of the acquisition.
“With the acquisition, Končar will expand and improve its own resources and competencies, increase system adaptability and further strengthen its own portfolio of products and services in the field of engineering for power infrastructure,” Končar emphasized.
