The dough is kneaded and rolled out over the entire table until it is completely thin, like a sheet. Then they are filled with fresh cheese, and the štrukli are shaped into a thin porcelain plate, after which they are steamed, carefully placed in a ceramic dish, poured with fine cream and baked in the oven until golden brown. You can eat them as an appetizer, with a little salt as a main course or with sugar as a dessert. Each portion contains two pieces of štrukli. The regular price of one portion is €12. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of frozen štrukli or štrukli for takeout.
